The President took to Wall Street this morning to give corporate executives a 'Come to Jesus' speech about this year's mass outbreak of management suite swindling. This is long past due, and I'm glad Bush has found the courage to pipe up -- but pardon me if I find his past record (e.g., his quest to shape a kinder, gentler SEC, or some managerial funny business of his own that he made a humorously flimsy defense of yesterday) just a bit less than inspiring.
